All a turbo timer is used for is to keep the engine running AFTER you've turned the ignition to OFF and taken the key out. It does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you drive or help the car idle better. A turbo timer interrupts the ignition wire so that it doesn't kill the engine once you've taken the key out. Bad English or not, understand what a turbo timer does. If you still want one, get ANY one of them. Get one that you can afford, and if your English (or Japanese) really isn't that good, then don't get one that's too complex.
